For 20 years, the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research-Africa (WRAIR-Africa) has partnered with the Nigerian Ministry of Defence Health Implementation Programme (NMODHIP) to provide HIV prevention, care, and treatment services to troops, their families, and wider communities in Nigeria.
